Is the checkup really free?
Yes. It's a 30-minute conversation and a one-page written report. We only look and take notes; we don't change anything on your systems, and there's no obligation.
We already have an IT company. Can you still help?
Often, yes. Many IT providers don't handle the software side, like connecting QuickBooks or Sage to your other tools. We're happy to work alongside your current provider.
How does pricing work?
Projects are quoted at a fixed price after the checkup, with a written scope. Monthly support is a flat fee per user. Contact us for a quote based on your business.
Are we too small for this?
If you rely on your computers and software to get work done and don't have a full-time IT team, you're exactly who we work with.
How do we work together?
Most work starts with a phone call, then a video meeting on Microsoft Teams or Zoom. We come on site when it helps. You'll get a written scope and price before any work starts.
Which business software do you work with?
QuickBooks, Sage and SAP Business One most often, plus Microsoft 365, web stores and reporting tools like Power BI. If you run something else, ask us.
Do you work on machines and production equipment?
We handle the computers, networks and software around your equipment. We don't program machine controls; for that we work alongside your controls integrator.
Who owns our accounts and data?
You do. Your passwords, your data and your systems stay yours, and we hand everything over whenever you ask. We explain every agreement before you sign.
